Tags not appearing in search

Occassionally, when a new tag is created it will not be indexed before a tester tries to run a search for it. Even rarer cases, sometimes the tag can get skipped in the index and will never appear in a search. For these cases, an adminstrators can force a reindex to make the tag appear.
Below are the steps an adminstrator can take in order to force a reindex:
1) Log in as administrator
2) Go to Administration -> Customizations window
3) Select "Full Index" and click "Reindex" 
4) Once the reindex process is complete, select "Ok"
You and your testers should now be able to see your new tag in a search.
