Problem: Getting error message < HTTP Status 404-/flex/html5> while launching the page of zephyr after upgrade.

Cause: 

Elastic Search ip/hostname:transport port ex: localhost:9300, is not updating properly in Jdbc.properties file of Zephyr under transport.nodes.

 

 

Fix: Perform the below steps 

1. shut down zephyr.
2. Navigate to jdbc.properties file < Location :- Zephyr installation directory \Zephyr\tomcat\webapps\flex\WEB-INF\classes
3. Open the jdbc.properties file and in check transport node: ex:localhost:9300 {Elastic search transport node location to access}
4. Save jdbc.properties file.

5. Start the elastic search and check elastic search is up and running fine.

6. Start the Zephyr server and launch the page. It will launch zephyr page successfully.
