Zephyr Has Disappeared After Weekly JIRA Maintenence

There is a known issue surrounding Atlassian's upgrade of Atlassian Cloud (formerly JIRA On Demand) instances from 6.5 to 7.0 that is causing Zephyr for JIRA Cloud to become non-functional. This can manifest it self as the "Test" menu missing from the top-most navigation bar.


Atlassian has been made aware of this and has a fix in place to resolve the issue (see JRA-44826). The fix will involve a restart of your Atlassian Cloud instance. Please reach out to Atlassian Support (http://support.atlassian.com) and in the support request you create, make sure to include:

  1. your Atlassian Cloud URL (ends in atlassian.net)
  2. reference JRA-44826
  3. and you set the priority to Level 1.
