Problem

Even though set the JIRA configuration in ZEE, am not able to view the tests from JIRA over here.

Cause

Even though settings are properly configured in "JIRA Configuration" screen there seems to be an incomplete setting else where which is not making JIRA communicate properly with ZEE 

Fix

In case you haven't  provide the desktop url and dashboard url ip in your system configuration (in the administration > System config screen) of Zephyr the tests will not be inked in your JIRA even after you have Mapped the test cases.
