Zephyr for JIRA Cloud : Backup Policy

We from Zephyr take auto backups for every customer of ours who are using Zephyr for Jira Cloud.

It is taken everyday at 00:00 hours ,PST.

Customers can also take back up at their end as an when they want by navigating to <Administration> -> <System> -> <Advanced> -> <Zephyr General Configuration>

Click on the "Back Up" button as shown in the screen shot below.Please note that while taking the back up when the system is in use won't effect or impact performance.
