Problem

Zephyr instance shows a spinning clock after routing the traffic from BigIp or proxy

Cause

services-config.xml file in zephyr installation folder is overridden

Fix

In order to route the rtmp traffic through BigiP you need to change the server name tag in the services-config.xml.secure.tmpl file (Zephyr/Tomcat/webapps/flex/WEB-INF/template/service-config.xml.secure.tmpl) as when the tomcat is started again, it looks for the changes in this file before reading the services-config.xml file (C:\Program Files\Zephyr\tomcat\webapps\flex\WEB-INF\flex) .

If you donot makes the changes to the services-config.xml.secure.tmpl file, it will override the changes you make in other services-config.xml file
