Can't see past test executions. New test executions show fine.

Can no longer see past Zephyr for JIRA executions in Test Cycles.


Zephyr for JIRA Cloud updates on a 2 week schedule. Depending on the changes made, users may not be able to see past executions. However, new executions made in Zephyr for JIRA should still be visible.


Follow the steps below in order. 

1) Re-index JIRA. Please see JIRA's documentation linked below for details:


2) Re-index Zephyr for JIRA. Please see documentation link below for details:


Once you perform the following, you should see all your data clearly.
