Zephyr for JIRA Cloud Cannot Install - An unexpected error occured. Refer to the logs for more information.

Cause

This is the general errot the plugin throws error due to some technical issue in Jira during installation.

Fix

If you are not able to install Zephyr for JIRA cloud and getting the below error as in the picture.
An unexpected error occured. Refer to the logs for more information.

To perform Zephyr for JIRA cloud re-index
1.Log in as a user with the 'JIRA Administrators' global permission.
2.Choose Administration > Add-on
3.Select ZEPHYR FOR JIRA Cloud > General Configuration
4.Click on the Re-Index button and wait till the Re-Indexing is successful.

Once the reindex is done it will update the addon successfully.
If the issue still persists please reach out to Atlassian Support.
