Not able to see workflow buttons on view test issue page.

Problem

Workflow buttons were not found anywhere on the Test issue screen.

Cause

"Display workflow" option has not enabled.

Fix

Please follow the below steps to enable <Display Workflow> option:

1) Login to JIRA as <Admin>.

2) Click on cog button on top right side of the webpage and select <Add-ons> option from the drop down.

3) Click on <General configuration> option under Zephyr for JIRA heading at left side of the webpage.

4) Here please check the <Display workflow toolbar for Issues of type "Test"> option under <Settings>.
