Does the services start-up order matter with Zephyr? 

Cause

Yes the order does matter. 

Fix

Yes, the Zephyr Database needs to be up and running before you start-up the ZephyrServer web.

 

To start your Zephyr server:
1. As Administrator, navigate to the Windows Control Panel and click on Administrative Tools...Services.
2. Find the service that is labeled "Zephyr Database" Right-click on it and select "Start/Restart".
3. Find the service that is labeled "Zephyr Server". Right-click on it and select "Start/Restart".
