There seems to be and error in operation performed. Please contact Zephyr Support if this persists


Unable to add/update defect, you have exceeded the length on one of the field customfield_#####="field name" is required


The custom field of "field name" is required in JIRA and wasn't filled out.


1) If this field type is supported by Zephyr, you can marker this field as required in Zephyr. This will provide you with a visual indicator that the field needs to be filled out.

2) If this is field type is not supported by Zephyr, you can possibly change the field from required to optional within JIRA.
