Manually deleting a Zephyr Enterprise/Community install

Problem

I Installed Zephyr Enterprise/Community Edition but I want to manually uninstall it. How do I do that?

Cause

Manually uninstall Zephyr Enterprise/Community Edition.  

Fix

Below is the list of items to delete:


 - The Zephyr Program Folder
 - Zephyr Database Service
 - Zephyr Server Service
 - ZephyrServer registry items

1) How To Delete the Program Folder:


- The default install path on Windows XP: C:/Program Files/Zephyr
- Delete the Zephyr folder and all of its contents. Do this after deleting the Services    below.

2) How to delete the two database Services:


- Turn off both the Zephyr Database Service and the Zephyr Server Service
- In when running command line as an administrator, type:

 
>sc stop zephyrserver
>sc delete zephyrserver
>sc stop zephyrdatabase
>sc delete zephyrdatabase

3) To delete the registry:


 - Type in the runline: >regedit
 - Navigate to the following tree:
     HKEY LOCAL MACHINE
     SOFTWARE
If you are using a 64-bit computer, WOW6432NODE. If you are using a 32-bit then move to next step in the tree.
